My name is Patrick Hieger and I am the founder and editor-in-chief of Como Sur. As of today, the website is exactly three months old and I couldn’t be happier about how far it has come in such a short amount of time. I began the site with one goal: to become the definitive source for the latest gastronomy news in South America. And, I’m happy to say, we’re getting there.
Everyone interested in what’s going on in this burgeoning culinary scene has already helped make the site a success–success that we hope will continue. In the upcoming weeks we’ll be tweaking the site to make it even more informative, a little more attractive, and as full as it has been with latest news in South American gastronomy.
